These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DTF Maroc website and services. By browsing our site, placing an order, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our website or services. We may update these Terms at any time; the most recent version will always apply and will be published on this page.

3. Services

DTF Maroc provides Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing services, including printing on t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, packaging, and related products. The descriptions, prices, and availability of our services are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment

An order becomes final once confirmed by DTF Maroc and once payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received. Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in the event of incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, or suspected fraud.

5. Uploaded Designs and Content

You are solely responsible for any artwork, logo, image, or content you upload to our platform for printing. By submitting your design, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights and authorizations to use and reproduce it. We reserve the right to refuse any order whose content is illegal, offensive, or infringes the rights of a third party.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary based on production volume, shipping destination, and our logistics partners. DTF Maroc cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues or force majeure.

7. Returns and Refunds

As our products are custom-made based on the designs you provide, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they present a manufacturing defect or do not match the validated order. Any complaint must be submitted within seven (7) days of receipt, together with photographs of the defective product.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the DTF Maroc website — including but not limited to texts, logos, images, videos, and source code — are protected by intellectual property law and are the exclusive property of DTF Maroc or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

DTF Maroc shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
